Chef Yvonne Lemire warmly guides and offers instruction, demonstrates, and shares insight that can only come from a deep-rooted love of cooking and baking, and an insatiable passion for all things edible.
Classes are hands-on, menus are creative and recipes are accessible enough even for the novice chef. Guests revel in their creations over a glass of wine from one of the area's surrounding wineries.
Gourmet meals are designed with the home chef in mind. Baking classes are filled with new and centuries old recipes you will want to share with your own loved-ones.
Unique and unusual flavors pair with the finest local and seasonal ingredients to create a truly delectable, one of a kind dining experience.
Guests who visit the cooking school will be greeted in a bright, welcoming space located at one of the oldest sites in Missouri, the Vital Ste. Gemme Beauvais House. The kitchen is warm and inviting and perfect for an easy day trip from St. Louis.
Classes comfortably accommodate 8-10 guests.
Daytime classes include a monthly "Ladies Who Lunch" menu, along with bread classes, cookie classes, and perfect brunch menus.
